    Will the adjustable cylinder fit my door?

    The adjustable cylinder is intended to be a one-size-fits-all solution for DIN/Euro cylinder locks. Thus, the inner length can be extended from 30 mm to 65 mm in 5 mm steps.

    The outer length can also be extended from 30 mm to 60 mm in 5 mm increments.

    How many keys do I get with the adjustable cylinder?

    Two keys are supplied with the cylinder.

    What tools do I need to assemble the cylinder?

    The cylinder is mounted and mounted with a hexagon socket wrench. These are included in the scope of delivery of the adjustable cylinder.

    Then you'll need a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw that holds the cylinder in the door (not included).

    How long is the warranty?

  • What cylinder style does the adjustable cylinder work with?

    The adjustable cylinder works with DIN style/euro cylinders. 

  • Will the adjustable cylinder fit my door?

    The adjustable cylinder aims to be a one size fits all solution for DIN/euro cylinder locks. As such the internal length can be extended from 30mm to 65mm by 5mm increments. The external length can be extended from 30mm to 60mm by 5mm increments also.

  • How many keys do I get with the adjustable cylinder?

    Two keys will be delivered with the cylinder.

  • What tools do I need to assemble the cylinder?

    The cylinder is assembled and fitted with Allen key. These are included within the pack with the adjustable cylinder. You then also need a Philips/ Pozidriv screwdriver to remove the bolt that holds the cylinder in the door (not included in the kit).

  • Does it come in any other finishes?

    No it only comes in one finish – this is called Satin Nickel.

  • What security level is my cylinder?

    The Adjustable cylinder has been tested to EN1303 with the following classification:

  • How long is the warranty?

    24 months.

  • Do I have to remove my escutcheon?

    No you do not need to remove your escutcheon. When you measure you door size simply include the escutcheon in your measurements and build the adjustable cylinder to fit this size.

    However, when it’s time to fit your cylinder the escutcheon needs to be removed.
