Installing the Yale Access Module - Yale Doorman

HINWEIS:  Wenn Sie die Yale-Zugriffsanwendung bereits heruntergeladen haben, wählen Sie bitte „NEUES GERÄT EINRICHTEN“ und scannen Sie den QR-Code auf dem Yale-Zugriffsmodul. Der nachstehende Installationsablauf wird detailliert beschrieben. Siehe Abschnitt unten „Installieren der Yale Access-Anwendung“.

Lösen Sie mit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher die Schraube der Batterieabdeckung. Schieben Sie die Abdeckung nach oben und weg vom Schloss.
 

Entfernen Sie die Batterien aus Ihrem Schloss, um es auszuschalten. Warten Sie ungefähr 10 Sekunden, bis das Schloss vollständig heruntergefahren ist.
 

Insert the module below the battery compartment. Make sure it sits properly in the lock. If you already have a module installed, please refer to the instructions later in this article.
 

Turn on the lock by replacing any removed batteries.

Follow the below steps to register the Yale Access module with your lock.

Enter the Programming Menu on your lock: 

1. Open your door and enter #Master Code #  on the keypad e.g if your code is 123456 you enter #123456#
2. You should hear the lock confirm it is in integration mode 

This completes the registration process for the module. Next, set up the lock in the Yale Home App.

Yale Access devices come with a QR code that can be used to set up the device in the Yale Home App. This code is included on the Yale Access Module and is helpful during setup. If you no longer have a QR code associated with the device, the serial number can be used during setup.

1. Open the Yale Home App
2. Select the menu in the top-left corner
3. Select Set up a Device to access the QR code scanner
4. Scan the code. If you are unable to scan it, select Can’t Scan the Code to set up            with the Serial Number, which is the 10-digit number located on the sticker inside      the battery cover.

If you already have a radio module installed please follow these steps.

Remove the internal lock body from the fixing plate by unscrewing the screws that are circled.
 

Take the toggle switch and move it in the opposite direction of its current state. If it is currently in the "EASY" position, move it to "ADVANCED" and vice versa.

Insert the Yale Access module into the slot under the battery cover. Make sure it is properly seated in the lock. 
 

Restore power to the lock by reinserting all removed batteries.
