My lock will not open, however it has been working fine since installation
Please use a correct credential on the lock and you should see the following happen:
The Lock will scroll and play a fanfare (if the screen shows a flashing cross and plays a beeping noise this indicates the credential is wrong)
You should hear a faint noise of the motor engaging
If this is the case it is likely that the nightlatch requires a handing plate. This is because certain nightlatches can only be turned one way by the key. There is a handing plate which is included with the Keyless Connected for these nightlatches. If you turn it the incorrect way the nightlatch gets double locked and can only be unlocked when you are on the inside. If possible please gain entry through a different means and then immediately fit the handing plate.

My Keyless Connected will not lock after entering and shutting the door
This could be due to a couple of reasons below:
If it has always done this since installation, it could be that when the tailbar was cut it is too long and is getting caught on the inside of the nightlatch (especially if there is also friction when the thumbturn is turned). Please check that the tailbar length matches the specified length on the nightlatch manual.
Please also check that the relock has not been turned off in the settings. To do this please refer to how to auto relock on/off question.
I am trying to change my pin on my Keyless Connected Smart Door Lock, however the PIN is not being retained.

What batteries does my lock use and how long will they last?
The product uses four alkaline AA batteries. The batteries will last for approximately 1 year, based on the lock being used 10 times a day. If linked with a home automation system, it can cause the batteries to deplete quicker.
The batteries in my Keyless Smart Door Lock are completely flat, how do I open my door?
To change the batteries on your Keyless Connected Smart Door lock, you will need to connect a 9-volt battery to the emergency power supply as shown in the images below.
Step 1
Please insert a 9v battery into the emergency battery terminal, located at the bottom of the device.
Step 2
Now enter your master code and press the star button. You will now be able to open your door.
