The only bridge or hub you will require is from the partner integration. If you are connecting your Linus L2 to a Matter partner integration you must use the Linus L2's inbuilt Wi-Fi.
Once your Linus L2 is connected to your preferred Smart Home App (Alexa, Google Home etc) you can lock and unlock your Linus L2, and check lock status or battery state.
The features available for controlling your Linus L2 in the Smart Home app are limited compared to the Yale Home app.
You can control your Smart Lock remotely using the Smart Home app and your Matter hub. However, for full remote access to all features, we recommend using the Linus L2's built-in Wi-Fi and the Yale Home App.
Dependent on the Smart Home integration, as of today only Home Assistant is capable of this.
